it's a quote from the movie elizabeth. bout the queen elizabeth the first. i'm kinda a fake in the sense that i don't really remember watching the movie (like i don't think i've watched half of the movies everybody's watched) but i remember seeing this scene on tv :

cate blanchett with ralph fiennes (maybe it was him or the other one i dunno) where the newly crowned elizabeth tells with wonder of her new title and the earl of leichester (her supposed lover) says that. meaning england will become the most important thing to her.

the line just plays over and over my head tonight. maybe it's pms. maybe it's all the bad reading material. maybe it's a bad omen of things to come.

just because you don't remember something you said a long time ago. 8 months is a long time. is just a few years too much to hope for?
