Part 2 : house-hunting continues

Okay, house hunting has become the bane of my existence. Because everyone feeds me horror stories about how houses are so damn hard to get.

So yesterday, after carefully plotting my strategies and making a zillion phonecalls (okay, not more than ten). We went to Limoges.

The choices were between : an empty t5 appartement and a furnished farmhouse.
We went to the apartment first. And totally fell in love. We immediately put in a depot de garantie of 830 euros (okay beb did. i don't have my checkbook.)

It's like a museum. I felt like royalty. Well, actually, the entryway and the stairs were like italian antiques. The house was complete bare but it's still gorgeous - 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. We're so gonna go broke furnishing it.

i tire myself out jumping in limoges. so - i get first dibs on the bedroom k.

On another unrelated note : i have opened beb's eyes to the wonders of ikea (yeah, it felt a little too domestic at first going to ikea with your bf but eventually we went nuts about furniture)

He bought a sofa!...and i made him buy a girly cushion. And a green table.
