Wealthy teenager Charlie Bartlett is failing miserably at fitting in at a new public high school run by the world-weary Principal Gardner. As he begins to better understand the social hierarchy, Charlie's honest charm and likability positions him as the resident "psychiatrist" dishing out advice, and the occasional prescription with his partner and fellow student, Murphy Bivens, to other students in need. Along the way, he decides to take some of his own advice, find romance, and learn to accept who he is, thus wielding a witty dark comedy about the angst-filled years before college.

D'apres moi : Potential to become a teen cult hit à la Ferris Bueller, The Breakfast Club and Donnie Darko. Reviews tend to be filled with ramblings of unevenness. I'm much too flaky to even know what that means.
I thought it was great. And Anton Yelchin rocks - he's like Seth OC only less broody. You can't help feeling he's adorable. Really. Watch it...i mean i don't relate to the Prozac nation principle but it's the idea that just having someone totally listen to you for 5 minutes, it's just refreshing. It won't change your outlook on the world or anything but it leaves you feeling like it's 1970 and there aren't that many things wrong in the world.
If Charlie Bartlett doesn't leave you with a smile at the end - your money back!
