*also : this post is based on personal preference. it's not a universal thing. different people have different tastes.
read a whole lot about comic con 2009 today and am inexplicably annoyed with megan fox. let me explain : in my universe (and based on countless discussions with girlfriends) there's 4 types of women.
- women both men and women adore : like angelina jolie and amy winehouse
- women whom other women adore but men hate : like kiera knightley
- women whom men worship but other women loathe : like megan fox, paris hilton, scarlett johansson and that insipid lana lang from smallville
- women whom both rational men and women detest : cue j.lo
so i know that many, many women hate all these women for all sorts of reason : stealing brad pitt, being too thin, courting publicity but let's push all that aside. men are simpler : they just like hot women. period. their lives revolve around looking at boobs.
i look up to angelina jolie. like seriously. i think she's such a role model for women. she's gorgeous in every situation (bile jd pompuan psychotic pun cantek gak), she's honestly an amazing actress, all those humanitarian causes, adopting all those children, and she's tough....like lara croft can kick all of your butts and doesn't depend on a guy to save the day for her. so she seemed a little crazy sometimes with the vials of blood, the odd incestuous kiss - every girl has some crazy in her, right?
and i love, love, love kiera knightley. it's that pixie smile and english wit. though boys tend to think she's ugly cause she's thin and has no boobs. and by boys i mean beb.
bitchy siot aku :)
au contraire, megan fox's characters never annoy me. megan fox the person just rubs me the wrong way. tak rase macam angelina wannabe ke? and she's not that hot!!
* final note : these are all celebrities whose lives have nothing to do with me. just my dose of random bitchiness. and my theory that there are just some girls other girls hate. for no good reason.
and this just in, i'm not alone :
But bosses of several U.S. websites aimed at men have decided to ban any news about the raven-haired actress for a full 24 hours - insisting they fear she is becoming over-exposed.
AskMen.com editor James Bassil says, "We're joining in the media blackout and giving our readers a one-day reprieve from the woman we've been drowning in all summer."
Eric Rogell at TheBachelorGuy.com adds, "It's time to give another young actress a shot at the attention. We're taking a one-day break from covering Megan's latest nail polish colour and instead promoting another Next Big Thing."
The Megan Fox 'media blackout' will take place on 4 August.-Wenn, IMDB news-
