moving on : bulan puase is coming up. considering that last year i lost 5 KILOS during bulan puase i bloody cannot let that happen this year. already i'm looking like a 14 year old and often forced to shop in the kids department. and that's not taking into account summer heat, the long fasting hours and laziness to cook.
