a milestone or two

weekend macam2.

first of all, yilie got her house at metro convention et it's sooo chomel. especially the mezzanine part that feels like a tree house.....macam bole main semunyik2 :)


next, yilie belanje makan! sampai2 je org restaurant tu ckp, "c'est bien de venir en famille. c'est en famille qu'on mange chez papa!"

ok lah...kite satu famille.

'boyarde' : potatoes, chou, cheese(yg sgt fort), salad. sumpah kenyang. plus they serve it in a casserole.

lepas makan ngantuk tak ingat.....nak join org laen ber-carnavale kat nation. skali sampai2 parade dah abes....so kitorang pon lepak2 kat rer station berjigam.

this is when it happened.

aku terkedek2 lambat naik rer. the moment i put one foot at the door, the rer door immediately snapped shut and trapped my foot in between. itu pun nasib baik yilie and zayd (who were already in the train) tahan the door. aku cuak pon tarik my kaki, leaving my slippers stuck between the door and there went the train....taking one of my slippers and leaving me one feet barefoot on the quai.

so i took the next train kaki ayam lar (sbab mcm ridiculous pakai selipar satu kaki je) while yilie and zayd rescued my other slipper.

they were waiting at auber to snap a photo of me mcm budak gypsy yg mintak sedekah dlm train.
kaki super duper hitam....i feel so cemar lepas tu...lepak with everyone in front of centre george pompidou mkn cupcake pastu balik mandi.

nothing much to do sunday...malas2 lepak ngan beb. then dinner at night with menteri pengajian tinggi. the whole dinner we had to discuss bout education and all. this dato' sat at my table and i was really impressed with his discours.

tapi agak penat buat2 intelectual.

best for last : i tried velib! which is the electrical bicycles you can use in paris for court distance.

it's like 1€/day tapi unlimited trajet of 30 min (maknenye....amik kat metro jln 30 min to somewhere else....kalo mcm nak depasse 30 min pegi letak in another station tuka beskal)

mula2 tried mase tengahari with beb. punyelah beb cuak tgk aku pulak degil nak mati. nak jugak!

first2 try insaf....takut k with so many cars, buses, jln one way, kene stop kat traffic light....tapi lepas tu terlalu suke lar pulak. see....this is why i have to be degil, lepas sume org nak over protective tak kasi aku buat pape. dengan ini tererase lah trauma berbeskal di corse =)

pegi dinner mlm tu pun nak berbasikal jugak. that's with mcla's lil bro, azim.

lepas dinner singgah invalides said goodbye to mcla and her family....ade rase bersalah sbab tak bwk gi jenjalan sunday but they had fun lah.

next sunday : sortie velo. who wants to come?
