the olympics will soon draw to a close tonight with a hoo-ha complete with david beckham and everything. so let's recap. my observations are, as always, completely useless and superficial.
keep in mind that i'm what you would call a sometimes there sport fan. meaning i mostly just look at whatever's on or the highlights.
Why are there so many hot athletes? I'm not even talking about the guys. I've been ogling all the russian girls!!! Yes, i know. I fear for my sexuality as well.
They all look like 6 feet tall barbie dolls.
And that croatian high jumper.
(Btw, i googled her - stalker and pervy, i know and did you know there is a Chikipedia? Easy access list to all the hots chick in this world?? And they have very interesting facts like body measurement and assets, contohnye, never ending legs. The world just grows in it's pervyness. Wonder how to get myself in it...hmmm....subject of further thought. D'you think they accept nondescript girls under 5 feet tall?)
Sportsmanship. Unlike the cuban taekwondo guy who got banned for life for kicking a ref in the head.
Of course. Michael Phelps. Cute and sweet. Looks like a guy you'd bring home to mom. Overall, a stand up guy. The 8 gold medals just seems like a bonus. And he's our age!
Though I think he's really aquaman, trying to make us think he's a mere mortal with that aw- shucks grin..
Football was a disappointment. Okay, understand that i only watched Argentina vs. Brazil. But i got bored so if i get bored watching freaking Brazil and Argentina - tak payah lah.
Gymnastics...boring. Butkorang kesah ke kalo chinese gymnast tu under age ke tak. Relax ar. She's good. But i loved synchronized swimming! Water ballet...
China did a great job with the Games. But serious the music choice, tak tahan. Anyway, Beijing 2008- I salute you!

What else? Showmanship. Contohnye, Usain Bolt - gold medalist of the 100m, 200m and 4x100m men relay : my choice favourites track events. He was...colorful.
