don't take your health for granted

last weekend aku macam makan terlebey banyak lemak. sbab aku nih dahlah suke makan kulit ayam, lemak lamb and sebagainye. everytime beli ayam aku amik kulit ayam and aku bakar dengan herbes de provence and potatoes...pastu aku mkn sorang2 while jun and lina tgk dengan grossnye.

btw, menurut wikipedia, chicken fat has the highest level of linoleic acid used in the production of biodiesel. maknenye?? i eat enough to literally fuel myself.

aku bace dengan tak lengkap but fats or tran fats bole menyebabkan heart problems etc...and breast cancer (yang ni aku paling takut sbab i watch house and my best friend's mom had breast cancer.)

so smlm (right after eating lamb) aku cam susah bernafas mase tido and kepanasan.....and aku dengar suara mak aku, iki, jun, sume org lar marah aku mkn lemak sbab nanti it will block my arteries. mentang2 aku kurus and kecik bajet takyah jage makanan.

terus insaf (of course this is a phase) and berazam mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat. such as...not eating oily food, more veggies and fruits, exercise.

tadi balik skola aku pegi jogging kat tepi la vienne which is depan rumah je. it was gorgeous!! dahlah hari ni temperature heaven...besok aku nak pegi lagi amik gamba bagi korang tgk - sumpah gorgeous with the multi colored leaves, the calm water and the warm autumn air.

rase macam this postcard of stratford-upon-avon (shakespeare's birth place in the uk). kalo tak sejuk sgt and tak blk lambat sgt i'll totally go tomorrow. jatuh cinta k.... (jakun btol padehal macam depan rumah je)
