weekend with the girls

last weekend was a 4 day weekend due to 14 juillet, the french national day - the storming of bastille yada, yada, yada. so sume org pon gelebah mintak cuti so we could do a pont. shopping, makan, shopping lagi and makan. penat, penat, penat.

jalan2 kat chatelet sambil makan berko cupcakes.

me and lina gatal pakai kasut baru (mine yang tinggi gils) pastu sakit kaki kat mango auber. lepak kat couch sbab sakit badan/kaki mcm org tua and tuka kasut sambil buat timer...sgtlah toye.
tendon at mell's fave japanese restaurant. for 12€50 you get salad yg sgt best, miso sup and rice with udang tepung. filling nak mampus.

sunday, me and lina went bicycling around paris. mule2 wanted to go to the catacombs tapi sbab penat the day before kol 15h30 baru nak kuar rumah and catacomb last entrée is at 16h.

naik beskal :

1. my house to marais to berambang mata ngan barang chomel kat la chaise longue
2. form marais to chatelet pegi lepak2 kat kedai kasut murah sampai terbeli 2 kasut (eh, thankfulk julpe ballerine yg muat)
3. chatelet to muniyandi : this is really far. and as far as velib goes with the 30 min principle, sgt juste k. ntah gile ape nak naik basikal. we depasse that by like 2 min sbab tak jumpe station letak basikal.
4. after lepaking with yilie, zayd, hud, luk and fahmi sbentar sambil minum teh tarik and beli daging, we berbasikal balik rumah. which was a really relaxed and smooth ride sbab ade jalan basikal the whole way. except for when kasut baru beli tu terjatuh dari bakul. sumpah lawak me, from across the road tetiba tgk lina kutip2 kasut.

lina, i'm so proud of us!! although, stelah sportive, aku besoknye lenguh sana sini and perasan musclé (sebenarnye tak.)

monday, we headed over to val d'europe. i fulfilled my mission of just buying longchamp bags. truthfully macam deçu jugak ar sbab like not much yg interesting over there. mell, so thankful kite tak depression shoe shopping kat miss sixty sbab i jumpe kasut lebey kurang kat kedai cina chatelet.
14 juillet : diy and baby came over. ni lepak2 kat umah sbab lapar and nak ujan kat luar.

ni buat2 gaya sombong parisienne naik metro k.
mell and baby watching fireworks.
us girls posing dekat bushes near champ de mars.

me and diy buat keje gile panjat pagar walaupun aku pakai heels and SAT on the bushes. walaupun view best tgk fireworks but honestly, bushes tu tajam sket and buntut aku sakit.
first and last time kitorang gi tgk fireworks 14 juillet. sbab mase nak balik metro mcm &#!*@!! took us 2 hours just to get back.

but the fireworks were awesome lah. not only that but mcm opera sbab ade classical music and mcm spectacle of lights reflected on the eiffel tower telling the story of the french revolution (atau WW2, aku confuse sbab tetiba ade berlin and bombs)
