went to bandung a couple of weeks ago to see ashwini before she came back. had an awesome time shopping and hanging out with the girls. honestly, i think it was a much needed break.

i always go to bandung when i'm at my lowest emotionally....the shopping kinda keeps me from dropping rock bottom.

ashwini's one of my oldest friends. and she's super awesome and nice.

bandung is a haven for things like 20 bucks hair treatment and back massage. and kain2 yang gorgeous sampai berpinar mata nak tengok. by the end of the day you can tell the difference betweek turqiose and blue. and you'll have no clue what lavender looks like anymore with all the choices they have.

the remedy to unhappiness is girlfriends, shopping, food and spa weekends - not necessarily in that order.

i almost wished i bought this. except for the fact that right after this picture i (with the help of the shop assistant) broke the strap of this dress. and we hustled out of there. but doesn't this look hippie and awesome??
